The introduction of a new mid weight nomex material has meant that we can offer 3 categories of Nomex Blast shields (Low, Mid and High power).
Low power (hobby size) rockets can benefit from the lighter weight and lower cost 'Low power' version:
Mid power rockets employing E,F and G power motors can now use our Mid-Power nomex blast shields which are heavier than the Low-Power versions but lighter than the High-Power nomex cloth.
Finally, our High power blast shields utilize our heaviest nomex cloth. Perfect for those big ejection charges found in High Power motors (H and above).
So now you can tailor your recovery even more by selecting the right weight of cloth to match your rockets motor class.
